 The Kondo Sapata Mamasa Hospital Pharmacy is one of the work units of the Kondo Sapata Mamasa Hospital. The process of processing drug distribution data is still done manually, so a number of problems arise, one of which is pharmacy staff having difficulty finding drugs and difficulties in getting information about drug stocks. Another problem is that when the stock of the medicine ordered by the patient runs out, it is difficult for the staff to know at the pharmacy where the medicine the patient is looking for is available. Apart from that, consumers or the public have difficulty finding the medicine they need because they have to go to pharmacies in Mamasa one by one. This research aims to design and create a web-based drug distribution information system, as well as test a web-based drug distribution information system using the black-box method. This research resulted in fifty-eight (58) implementations of interface designs into forms and produced thirty-eight (38) outputs. The results of system testing using the black-box testing method on fifty eight (58) modules, it was found that the test results for all modules were as expected. This means that overall the system has worked as expected. Key words: Integration, distribution, medicine, pharmacy
