 Abstract The development of technology in the industrial world 4.0 is very fast, in particular it can be seen in the rapidly growing remote control system, the use of applications via the network is increasing, and so on. Remote control such as the use of Arduino with an internet network that can be used as a tool to provide information and receive information so that the industry can save in terms of time, employees and other operational costs. This paper aims to utilize Arduino as a tool in controlling electric motor starting which is operated via bylink. The results showed that by utilizing Arduino which was controlled from Bylink via a smartphone, it was able to operate an electric motor starting with a direct on line circuit, a wye-delta circuit and a sequential motor circuit.
