PENYELESAIAN PERSELISIHAN HUBUNGAN INDUSTRIAL KEWAJIBAN PEMBAYARAN PESANGON AKIBAT PEMUTUSAN HUBUNGAN KERJA KARENA PURNA TUGAS
Abstrak
This research method is to use a normative juridical literature approach. Normative juridical means that the research used refers to legal norms contained in laws and regulations and norms that apply in society or also regarding customs that apply in society. The data collection technique is by interviewing the party who handles decisions in cases of termination of employment because they have entered the retirement period.The results of this research, namely the resolution of disputes over Termination of Employment Relations according to article 56 of Law Number 2 of 2004 concerning the resolution of industrial relations disputes, are based on the provisions of article 56 of the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia number 35 of 2021 concerning Work Agreements for a certain time, Outsourcing, Time work and rest periods, and Termination of Employment Relations, which basically regulates that employers can terminate employment relations with workers for the reason that the worker is entering retirement age, so the worker is entitled to severance pay.Keywords: Industrial relations, severance pay, workers laborers Termination of Employment
