<div> Abstract. In this paper design of the robot Vacum Cleaner, based on the Arduino Mega 2560 is the can walk and vacuum the floor. In this study, a microcontroller is used to regulate the work of the robot based on data obtained by six sensors, and the robot’s movement is driven by motor driver to the left and right, forward and backward, where the input is given through the keypad in the form of dust and garbage thisness, provided that if the dust thickness is (30mg )/(mm )3 then the LCD will display binary logic “1”, and if the Dust thickness is ≥0,30 mg/mm3then the data will be displayed on the LCD is binary logic “0”.In designing this robot, four ultrasonic sensors are needed as proximity sensors, also needed a sensor to detect the thickness of the dust,as well as an infrared sensor as a sensor to detect thick garbage. In testing the vacuum cleaner robot, the four ultrasonic sensors, S1,S2,S3,S4 are designed as the cardinal directions, north south, east west, as input data on the microcontroller, and two motor drivers as microcontroller outputs that can move forward and backward, forward turn left, forward turn right, backward turn left, backward turn right as an output to move the robot vacuum cleaner. When the vacuum cleaner robot moves, the dust sensor will detect dust, if the dust thickness is 0,30 mgmm3 , the LCD is logic “1”, the sensor will. Work and the vacuum cleaner will sweep the flour while sucking, if the dust thickness ≥30mgmm3 , infra red sensor will work with a logic LCD display logic “0”, then the motor driver will stop. The vacuum cleaner does not suck up dust or thick garbage. Keywords: Robot, Vacuum Cleaner, Arduino Mega 2560 Microcontroller, Sensor, motor driver </div>
<div> ABSTRACT: This paper presents the design, fabrication, and characterization of a novel 3D-printed helical antenna operating within the 9.4–10.8 GHz frequency band. The antenna, employing a lightweight paper substrate and a strip-based helical structure, exhibits robust circular polarization characteristics and wideband operation. Rigorous simulations predict a peak CP gain of 11.7dBi at 9.8GHz and a high simulated radiation efficiency of 95%. Experimental measurements validate these predictions, achieving a peak CP gain of 11.6 dBi at 9.8GHz. This research demonstrates the potential of 3D-printed helical antennas for diverse applications in modern wireless communication systems, including 5G, satellite communication, and radar. Furthermore, this study leverages the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) by employing the Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO), a sophisticated metaheuristic algorithm, to optimize the antenna’s design. The GWO algorithm is utilized to efficiently search the design space and identify optimal values for key parameters, such as the number of turns, helix pitch, and helix diameter, with the objective of maximizing antenna gain to achieve a target of 15dBi. This research highlights the potential of AI-driven optimization techniques in advancing the design of high-performance antennas for emerging wireless communication systems. </div>
<div> Abstract As more and more medical devices, including as mobile phones, sensors, and remote monitoring equipment, require Internet access, wireless networks have gained considerable traction in the healthcare sector. High-performance technologies, such as the forthcoming fifth generation/sixth generation (5G/6G), are needed for data transit to and from medical equipment in order to give patients with state-of-the-art medical treatments. <div> that make this material widely used by humans, among others, the amount is quite abundant in nature, usually still in the form of iron ore or pure iron. It has good mechanical properties (strength and ductility), is easy to work with either the casting method or the machining method so that it can be made according to human wishes, and the price is relatively cheap. This study aims to determine the tensile strength and microstructure of ST. 37 steel which undergoes a process carburizing using coal powder with variations of two temperatures, namely 550 oC and 900 oC. The method used in this research is experimental. The first experiment by testing the tensile and the second experiment by observing the microstructure of steel ST. 37, which has been through a heating temperature of 550 oC and 900 oC. The test results showed that the higher the temperature given in the specimen, the greater the value of the pull-yielding, maximum, and fracture that occurs in the specimen. The tensile strength of steel that has undergone a carburizing process is higher than that of steel that has not undergone a carburizing process. The microstructure after the carburizing process shows that the higher the temperature applied during the carburizing process, the atoms contained therein will change according to the given temperature.<br><br> Keywords: tensile test, microstructure, ST. 37 steel, carburizing process using coal powder </div>
<div> Abstract. ross flow turbines are widely used as turbines for driving micro-scale hydropower plants in rural areas, but their efficiency is still low because cross flow turbines only use one nozzle. The utilization of the potential energy of water is not optimal yet to be converted into pressure and kinetic energy of water in the nozzles with high water velocity hitting the turbine blades. The problem of cross flow turbines with one nozzle has an uneven flow of water to the turbine blades, and it is not effective in converting potential energy into power in the turbine. The purpose of this research is to develop a four-nozzle Cross Flow turbine and test its performance. The method used is to conduct experimental testing in a laboratory that tests the performance of a cross flow turbine using four nozzles. A cross flow turbine with four nozzles has better performance than a cross flow turbine using only one nozzle. The results obtained that the cross flow turbine with four nozzles where the water jets out of the nozzle is more evenly distributed and the flow of water enters the turbine blade runner, resulting in a good impulse reaction in the blades. The conclusion is that the performance of the four nozzle cross flow turbine is able to produce higher turbine rotation, power and efficiency.<br><br> Keywords: Four Nozzle, Cross Flow Tubine </div>
